Q. What insurance companies do you work with?

A. We accept insurance claims from all major and less known insurance companies. Let your insurance company know that you have selected Hi-Quality Auto Body to do the repairs.

Q. Where do I go to get an estimate?

A. You are not required to take the vehicle to another location to obtain an estimate. You may leave your vehicle with us and ask the adjustor to inspect the vehicle here. We will negotiate with the insurance adjustor to make sure the vehicle is repaired properly.

Q. Do I have to take my car where my insurance company tells me?

A. You are not required to use a DRP or referral shop recommended by your insurance company. You have the right to have your car repaired at the shop of your choice. IT’S THE LAW!

Q. How long will it take to repair my car?

A.Standard practice is 5 business days per one thousand in damages. Although we do our best to get your car back to you sooner than that, there are unforeseen circumstances that may delay progress due to availability of parts. Our staff will always keep you informed of the process and any delays, if any, that are met.

Q. What if I don’t want aftermarket parts?

A. At Hi-Quality Auto Body we use new OEM parts to ensure proper fit and finish of the repair. Whenever possible, we avoid using aftermarket and used parts to protect your investment.

Q. What if I have to get more than one estimate?

A. You are not required by law to get more than one estimate. You are however obligated to allow your insurance company a reasonable amount of time to inspect the vehicle prior to starting the repairs. Read your policy to fully understand your rights and obligations.

Q. Will I get a written warranty on my repairs and paint?

A. Yes. Hi-Quality Auto Body offers one of the industries best warranties. We stand behind our body work for as long as you own your vehicle. We are also an Approved Collision Repair Facility with Standox-a premium refinishing system from Germany, which also carries a lifetime warranty.

Q. How do I know I’m getting what is the best for me and my car?

A. While we work closely with your insurance company, we understand that we work for you, the vehicle owner. We never forget that you are the customer and our main concern is your complete satisfaction with the finished repair and your entire experience during the process.

Q. I have an estimate from another place. Why is your estimate amount different?

A. Repair estimates may vary. A lower estimate may not include necessary things such as front or rear wheel alignment, or re-aiming your headlamps. Our trained professionals are very thorough and take all aspects of the repair into account when writing an estimate. Quick Contact.
